Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The location, although beautiful and surrounded by nature, required a sturdy vehicle to access due to the rough dirt track. The overall atmosphere was tranquil, but the rooms were very basic and in poor condition. The service had some positive moments, as the staff was friendly and helpful, but it wasn’t enough to overshadow the many issues we encountered, especially with cleanliness. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're prepared for some major shortcomings.
I had a lovely time at this hotel, surrounded by nature and with beautiful views of the garden and pool. The staff were helpful and arranged some great excursions for us. However, the rooms were quite basic and in need of maintenance, and access to the hotel was a bit challenging due to the rough road. Overall, it's perfect if you have a car and enjoy the calm of nature, but not the best for those seeking luxury.
I was really excited to stay at this hotel given its beautiful jungle setting, but sadly it was a disappointing experience. The rooms are in desperate need of maintenance, making them less than comfortable, although the large pool was a nice reprieve. The service from the staff was kind, but improvements in management and upkeep of facilities are crucial for a better stay.
During my stay at this resort, I found it to be a peaceful getaway in nature, but there were several issues that dampened the experience. The location is quite remote, which gives it a lovely serene vibe, perfect for relaxation. However, the rooms were disappointingly in need of renovation, and the service left much to be desired. If you’re looking for comfort and quality, this might not be the best choice.
I had a unique stay at this resort, nestled among beautiful natural landscapes, which I really appreciated for its tranquility. The chalet room was a bit tired but clean and comfortable, making it a fair deal for the price. Dining was a mixed bag — the vegetarian curry was fantastic, but the overall menu lacked variety and could be improved. The road leading to the hotel was challenging, but the secluded location added to the experience.
